Ask For Help

We are all in the process of transformation throughout our lives. We can fight this process or embrace it. We can try to navigate through these transformations and changes alone or we can seek and accept help.

My life coach, Diane Cunningham Ellis, regularly says, “Ask for help!” I know from personal experience, it’s not an easy thing to do. I wanted to bring my training and life experiences to you to help you understand and receive help with your transformational journey. So, I asked for help from a member of my coaching group, Marta Goertzen. Since I am no longer very tech savvy, I asked Marta, whose many talents include website design, to create my website. I think she did a wonderful job. She was very patient with me and created and guided me through this website design.

My website, SusansSource.com is here for you to learn more about transformation, explore your transformation possibilities and seek and obtain help in any way to make your transformational journey successful and fulfilling. I will be sharing many ways for you to explore; journals, books, workbooks, toolkits programs and group coaching experiences.

My book, The Pause Journal Experience, is available for purchase on Amazon or on my website. This book is designed to walk you through your transformational pause process.

A future publication coming out will be my book, Becoming the Phoenix, the ABC’s of Transformation. It is a comprehensive guide to learning about, embracing and beginning your transformational process. It will be accompanied by a workbook/toolkit that will be a step-by-step guide to help you navigate your transformational journey.

Future courses, group coaching and retreats will be available for you. I also have some free worksheets for you to download off my website. They help you with various aspects of transformation.
